Their trick is to divide the investors and leave them in the dark.
But as group you can collect for a lawyer and bring them at least in front of the court.

Some from the history about Julius Peh Yi Min and Jack Lan Zijun as Geollion Group Head shows that they worked together also with Zochwell which is listed already by MAS on their alert web side

I was also pulled by Julius Peh Yi Min 2017 via his Asia crowd founding club and all around the punks from Geollion into a hotel investment.

In my case one Guy from Geollion officially broke with them and play now alone the big spender as hotel director, where Geollion was supposed to be a big investor with 50% share, but in real they did not spent even one dollar, but probably took some money out. There are some suspected cases around the beginning of the investment by the bank status.
Julius Peh Yi Min got money for hunting stupid Investors like me with his asia crowd founding club and from the first money what comes in from the investors he got payed out maybe 10%? I have no evidence but heard it were normal.

This hotel director guy did a heavy insult to me as investor and since then I saw his real face, start to investigate about him and found a lot of suspect thing, how he do business with other peoples money. The hotel is in heavy water not because of the bookings which could even be better, but even by the inability to lead a hotel proper. I found even several ways how he might could divert income from bookings to the accountant. All also to show the official accounting in a very low status to the investors, so that the might not need to give higher dividend.
I will report now, because even after nearly half year of writing a letter on demand by a lawyer, I got no accountable answer about the repayment from that guy. Only excuses and lies as usual.
That story will find here and in other scam web sites soon as a new thread.
I know, I will loose my money, but to be honest, I still have lost already, because I don't think I will get back any.
Finally these guys just let go the business bankrupt, after they pulled out enough money for them and then that's it. Telling this with crocodile tears in their eyes and big sorry to the investors or just disappear to somewhere
I want at least Justice for my better sleep.

So have you done anything so far to recover your investment? Or there is nothing that can be done?

Hi I sign a 3 years enrichment class for my daughter at safra punggol which closed down this year and they offer us to a so call "new setup enrichment center" at Punggol country marina and sign a new contract with new centre. If this new centre will to close down, I will not get anything back. I heard some one file CASE report. May I know how was the progress? Did police take action?
