Not bad, this German judge uses his brain to process the case instead of blindly following the rules.

If blindly following the rules, the insurance claim could have been easily be rejected.

Yeah, and with a court system that is really be seen to be working for justice.

actually its correct, in SAF if you got knock down by car on way to camp its also considered as injured on duty
