Getting a budget rig, need advice.

I'm looking for a new rig that is able to surf the net and using of Microsoft Office. Budget will be below $400, hope you guys can help me out. Thanks.

some stores in sim lim sell budget desktop within $400. You can check it out right there. I personally do not have experience with this, other forumers perhaps can give their opinions on this. Just wanna to tell u that there is a fixed desktop within $400 with all specs properly lay out.

Ram: Kingston 1600mhz value ram 4GB @ $35
ODD: Samsung DVD RW @ $22
HDD: Hitachi Deskstar 500GB @ ~$60
Case: Sharkoon MS140 @ $52
PSU: FSP 300W PNR @ $45

Total: $357
Buy and build at Tradepac.
