Two giant rubber ducks have returned to southern Taiwan's Kaohsiung City. Ten years after they debuted in the island, the iconic yellow figures are set to become the main draw for tourists during the Chinese New Year holiday. CNA's Tan Si Hui and Howard Chao with this report.
