Question for Gigabyte motherboard owners: when updating bios through QFlash (USB Stick) in bios menu, how do you clear/flush the old DMI pool data to avoid conflict with the new bios? There isn't any option to do so in the QFlash menu. It simply locates the bios file, flash and then reboot system.

Those using efiflash method through DOS can apply /C command to clear/flush DMI pool data. Using @BIOS utility from within Windows also has checkbox option to clear/flush DMI pool data. But QFlash doesn't have this option :s11:?

Since QFlash is the most common method of flashing bios, how do you know the previous bios data is completely cleared without any memory remnants to cause system instability after successful bios flashing?

Thanks.
