I 2 months back started seeing 1 tcm to treat my frozen shoulder that i got from nsf days
About 14 years back
Now is 2nd time, really can feel have difference
If u cant find your 1, can consider this tcm
But he quite popular, so waiting time always about 3wks to 4 weeks. Next week is my 3rd visit.

slip disc is a mechanical failure of ur spinal cord disc, there is no way to fix with tcm
this is what my mother tcm doctor told her 7 years ago and ask her go for surgery to decompress the nerve

Doc has given that option but it is high risk right. Am afraid of surgery.

With the right TCM, medication can manage the pain and have a normal life, that's what I did when I had my slip disc. This Gim Hin guy will put a paste and it somehow heals. Otherwise like my bro, everyday in pain.
