nowadays got google maps
can zoom from space view of planet earth, to continent, to country, to state, to province, to street level
then got click-check-boxes to turn on and off filters for type of building, terrain height, etc

is there something similar , say "google body"?
something that can zoom from external view of human body, to pore opening, to organ, to cell, to individual molecue? and then got include animation to show molecue movement, reaction pathway, cell division, or even zoom in further to spin state of bound electron? then got click-check-boxes to turn on and off filters for chemical formula, molecular weight, diffusion coefficient, equilibrium constant, pH, dipole moment, dissociation constant, mass, etc?

then the filters also can connect to user entered input eg, on one panel u input say, inject 0.01mole of dopamine, at flow rate say 0.02 g/hour, then move to the brain area, zoom in, watch the change in neuron firing as an animation, then can turn on filter to see numbers like say neuron firing rate and dopamine re-uptake and metabolism rate?

or say on one panel input running rate eg 1min per 200meter, and zoom to the leg muscle area, watch animation of the biochemical reactions going on in real time, then can turn on filter to get say rate of lactic acid accumulation in say milimol per minute? and then zoom to see rate of sweat production say mili-liter per second?

This may suit your needs, but I doubt it is to the kind of interactivity and granularity you required. Anatronica | Interactive 3D Human Anatomy | Explore Human Body

ah thnx . will check it out
but not sure if google is in the works of developing something like wad i described..if they are, then it will be awesome. then maybe got to wait dunno how many yrs before such a pipe dream becomes reality.
but if wad i described can really become reality then wow it would be very useful for medicine, education, research...totally mind-boggling

to extend the idea further, that idealized software i described can be used as a bare-bone template. then it can include a panel to input data. eg take a real living person's DNA sequence, key it in, then the barebone template will display exactly how the real life person look like, on screen! and u can zoom in, see how the real person's internals look like, down to the molecue! then u can also key in some correction factors, eg frequency/history of smoking, physical accident (eg a fracture that occured when he was 10 yr old), frequcncy of exposure to ambient sunlight of an assumed intensity etc etc, then the external/internal image can modify accordingly.
then can also tweak in terms of age...ie say got a slidebar, then slide in age, from just born to 100yr old, see exactly how the external/internal molecues look like.
the list goes on lol...

then can extend further to do one for all animals, species, currently dead or alive, extinct, hypothetical...replace carbon with silicon or some hypothetical molecular structure, then see the effects...

Cetaintly anything is possible with technologies. The question is often time and cost and material. If you have such an idea, and you have the skill set and/or people to help you achieve it, feel free to develop along this line. Who knows you might be the pioneer to this fabulous idea. :)

What you are looking for is a organic simulation engine, which is possible, but requires a lot of intimate knowledge into medicine science and anatomy. It is a ambitious project, but who is there to say it's not possible :)
