Google play store not working !!! Help pls

Hi can anyone help im using samsung note think i press wrongly when disable all updates from play store and now is nor working how to enable it back tks if anyone can help. Hv a nice day

go setting > applications > all (look for playstore) then clear cache, clear data. Note: you have to log in again when launching playstore. imo :)

it doesnt work.

i googled and someone suggested i go to device, apps, all, and then enable download manager.

but the only selection available is force stop.

another suggested i clear the data and cache of the download manager and the play store.

but there is nothing to clear on the cache.

any idea?
