If you are in SF, might wanna go check out the weekly food trucks festival at "Off The Grid". Food isn't that cheap, but got quite a farmer's market vibe with live music and beer. From my review:

Wa. Food truck festival in SF. . But I back in sinkieland already. I din step into SF at all this trip. I will go eat the laksa at hougang hawker center in kovan for $3.50.

Also good - the SoMa Streat Food truck park down on 11th Street - it's a bit out of the way, but the food's always great, and they usually have baseball or football on the TV on weekends.
