It seems like a trend tat most will do baking whenever govt ask us to stay home.

I juz hope later on, the bakery supplies store wun close or the baking stuff wun go OOS.

It's a fren's bday tdy. Decided to bake him a cake, at the same time fine-tuning tis latest cake flavor tat I'm experimenting.

Hv been baking Basque Burnt Cheesecake since Apr 2019. Hv done quite a few flavors e.g. Original, double choc, earl grey, rose milk tea etc. Lately I'm incorporating fillings into the burnt cheesecake.

Tis is my 3rd attempt on tis new flavor - ♧ Caramelized Apple Basque Burnt Cheesecake ♧

• Peeling away 1st layer of baking sheet

* Had to use 2 layers of baking sheets becoz

1) Not using removable base baking tin

2) Tis burnt cheesecake is heavier than the norm ones. Single sheet will tear when lifting out fr the baking tin.
