plenty of local cars with full or near full tinted windows on the road to begin with

Foreign cars tinting, loud exhausts are not under the purview of our LTA. Our TP or police can only catch them if they committed road offence like speeding or drunk driving but not things like tinted windows. They are just temporary on our road, not permanent. So mybfd

So it is just every 2 years check on the car only. Seems like i can go and darken my car windows as well.
