It is slightly cheaper. But they barred me from renting from them because someone scratched my car (very small scratch). So I am now renting from Lotte car rental.

I noticed that booking Lotte Rent-a-Car via Klook seems to be cheaper than booking directly with Lotte Rent-a-Car website even after member signing-in for the same car model. Has anyone booked this way before? Any issues with the booking, customer support, insurance, or vehicle collection?

This one difficult. I asked Google Gemini and it says it is 100% safe and that Klook is highly reliable. Dunno whether can believe.

For me i will do it. 30-40% is alot to save.

I do book alot of my day tours with Klook and it has never failed me. But car rental would be the first time.
