What is the best way to carry the tripod?

Consider the following circumstances:
1. With SBO
2. With SBO + FBO

If it can be folded down to fit inside your assault or field pack, just stick it in? Or tie it to your pack outside?

Just my guess. I've never seen it used with a tripod in my 2 yrs.

Is TS from the Infantry? I remember only Infantry GPMG will need to carry tripod, there use to be an assistant to help carry the tripod and spare barrel.

I am from Armour, so my GPMG is almost always mounted on the vehicle, but when dismounted, I only carry the spare barrel and 2 boxes of ammo.

Usually MG team consist of 1x commander, 1x gunner, 1x asst

Commander is carry rounds in sec comm bag
gunner carry MG
asst carry tripod and spare barrel

imo asst most siong

Open both side of the "legs" and carry like how you carry your fieldpack

But if you are carrying your fieldpack then no choice but to carry the tripod with your hand
