Grey Strip on Macbook Screen

Hi all.. recently realise my macbook screen got a grey vertical strip that looks grey.
Picture as below:

Mine is a Macbook pro 15 inch early 2013.
Never dropped or had any issues before, was passed to me by my sis who took good care of it.
Have tried resetting NVRAM, and the strip does not appear in print screen..

How much and where to get it fixed?
I am still pretty new to Mac.

thanks, it is a retina model. will pay a visit to apple service centre at Tradehub 21 sometime.

Anyone changed MBA 11 screen before? Mine had accidental dent on the outside case and screen is crack now. Other than the 6th flr shop at SLS, anywhere else?
