Gtx 1070 dp issues

Hey all can i check how prevalent are the dp issues for the palit gtx 1070 sjs? Has it been resolved yet?

Just bought during the qoo10 voucher giveaway but i only getting the rest of my rig the coming week.. Just checking to see how prepared i should be to run into this problem..

I'm actually also thinking of getting a Palit GTX 1070 SJS. I made an inquiry to Convergent about the issue two days ago and this was their response:

We'll sending those defective units to Nvidia for further investigations.
As mentioned in our thread, this issues happen across all branding.
Due to Palit having more stocks delivered to SLS etc, it's logical that the failure rates is also much higher compared with other brands.
GTX 1070 and 1080 was flushed out 200 pcs each compared to others brand which only had 20pcs or much lesser than that.
If you're having those issues, please get back to me and I'll arrange a replacement unit for you.

They didn't exactly give an ETA on when its resolved, but I hope this helps answer your question (and to those still wondering about the DP issue).
