Hello, i am thinking of buying a gtx 760 from amazon. May i know which brand have service center in Singapore or can RMA locally?

If you buy from Amazon, none of them will let you RMA locally.
With regards to brands, EVGA is probably the best choice because it usually has free shipping and the RMA is Taiwan which is pretty cheap and convenient.

I will highly recommend the EVGA Super-overclock with ACX cooler variant. Try to only buy it when the price is $250. Use Amazon price tracker, Amazon price history charts, price watches, and price drop alerts. | camelcamelcamel.com to be kept updated on the price drop.

i recommend that you get a 2nd hand card from market place for the same amount of money
