To be honest I don't mind. I love scallops also. I buy a lot of frozen scallops for CNY. Very nice to eat.

This is not fake la, this is like replacing one thing for another. It is cleaner also. Mussel and clam and lala meat you have to wash very thoroughly and usually it isn't that tasty if you don't know how to cook.
