She don't know that public photography/videography for journalistic purposes is protected under first amendment. USA should cancel her green card for not knowing the first amendement and send her back to her native country.

Really kudos to those first amendment rights protectors in USA. They go and stand at public spaces to film people / private property even chewren also nothing happen to them in USA.
