Contact was on the merc's side, not front or rear. It's physically impossible for a car to siam a flanker. Doesn't appear to be a pedestrian crossing. Speed looks comfortably safe under 20km/h. Dumbo walked straight into a wall. Orbigood.

Clear cut case that it's the pedestrian's fault, impossible to argue otherwise. Guy should consider himself fortunate if the merc doesn't claim him for cosmetic repairs.
