Haha. When something is wrong I expect them to fix it. Those donkeys really make my blood pressure increase

all fans spin at full speed during power up as fan control/PWM / Manual voltage fan regulation hasnt kicked in.

mine dont leh...is tat normal...no loud noise when i power up

it all depends on your motherboard, the current generation of motherboards all do that. It's the way the UEFI operates.

some motherboards every power up for 1.5 sec initial boot with PSU cable plugged out / back in. then powered up again normally.

Again this is normal, especially for Asus motherboards.
