Preferably w mt Fuji view and ensuite onsen.

Budget around 500-600+.

If your goal is to have Mt Fuji view with private onsen, you should be looking at Kawaguchiko instead. Check out ryokans like Ubuya.

For his/her budget, I don’t think you can get attached private onsen in the room. Stayed at Ubuya this Jan and paid around ¥63,000/night for two in 10-tatami room. Direct booking with Ubuya.
