I have:

CPU & Mobo: i5-650 / MSI 2A9C
Ram: G.Skill 8gb (4gb x 2) DDR3-1333
HDD: WD 500gb Blue
GPU: HD5570
PSU: Seasonic S1211 520W
Case: Antec 1100
OS: Win 7 Home Prem

and would like to upgrade my CPU & Mobo*(preferably i5 Haswell), GPU (*GTX 770?) and probably add in a SSD.

Mainly for gaming (1080p, max settings).
Not OCing.

Edit:
*Mobo has to be able to support fibre wifi speeds.
*Which GTX 770 should I go for?

Will my PSU be sufficient?
Can I reuse the ram?
Can I reuse my old Win 7 CD Key given that I already have uninstalled the OS from the old drive?

All recommendations/suggestions are welcome!

Yes, PSU is sufficient.
Yes, RAMs can be re-used.
Yes, Windows 7 license can be re-used. If it's retail license, no issues at all. If OEM license... Also still possible.

PSU, though I am not 100% sure, need the pros to confirm, should be sufficient.

RAM can reuse, since Haswell default RAM speed is DDR3 1600Mhz. Probably at that speed or OC.

That wifi thingy you want, I dun exactly know what you want, but is best to buy those external dongle, probably N or AC standard if your router supports it.

Hmm. OEM version only allows 1 PC install if you using that. So it will be probably blocked activation when you next try. You need to call the Microsoft Product Activation Centre and explain to them your situation. You will activate it via Confirmation ID.
