I looking to buy the below, any recommendations or is it better to buy from ebay? Thks.

Anyone has links where you bought from?I read some dont fit well must cut here & there? mine is early 2011 mbp.

eBay is good enough. OWC is overly priced for a piece of metal.

i have one usb enclosure from owc when I upgraded my mac air. I also have my old ssd. let me know if u interested to buy from me.

Bought the vantec nexstar earlier on the right, and just bought the neo on the left.

Both USB 3.0, takes two 2.5/3.5". Connected to iMac.

Vantec Dual Bay HDD Dock (USB3.0) D400S3...$99 @ Fuwell
NEO DKS30N Dual 2.5/3.5” Dock Station USB3.0..$69 @ Fuwell

When the iMac is off and the power to the vantec /neo is left on, the hard disks keep spinning.

This is unlike those external hard disks that come in their own casing, where when iMac power offs they spin down.

This could be a deal breaker for these HDD docks for some people.
