Headset audio bleeding into mic

I had an issue with this previously for a different headset but I managed to resolve it with the Realtek Audio Manager. I can't do the same now because I'm using a new usb headset, and Realtek doesn't provide me with similar noise cancellation effects...

Any suggestions anyone?

Doesn't usb headset come with own software?

U can try change setting in game / app
Else can diy add sponge to mic

Sadly the software that comes with it sucks :/
