[Help] Audio/Mic on MSI MB

Using a G77A G43 MB , I have plugged in my Razer keyboard audio and mic port into the back of my MSI MB .

And I then plugged in my earphone by Sony with mic onto my razer keyboard but my Mic can't be heard by my team mates on Garena talk. Anyone know how to solve this problem ?

I max out the volume for mic in the settings already but still unable to use it

Sometimes that happens, my Sony clip-on mic also cannot be used with an extension cable.
