Thanks.
But this CPU TDP is 17W
the other is less than 10W.
I need low power (heat).
Thanks again

Maybe this will help. Sometimes it's not about the lowest cost possible. It's the value that each product can give that matters. If you are going for the absolute rock bottom price and ignoring what the other model can provide, of course we go for the cheapest model. If you are looking at a better value and at a slightly higher cost (~$30), then Zotac ZBOX CI320 is the way to go.

Actually there are several key differences in the 2 models. I believe for that additional $30 more, you are getting a much better deal :).

Pros:
1. CI320 is small, about 1/3 the size
2. CI320 is passive cooled, meaning it emits zero noise
3. CI320 comes with Intel AC wireless 3160. ID18 does not (unless offered by the vendor and might not be AC standard)
4. CI320 hass a quad core Bay Trail CPU (released 2014). ID18 is a dual core Ivy Bridge CPU (released 2013). For technical differences, please see here - ARK | Compare Intel® Products
5. CI320 uses half the power consumption than ID18 but more powerful in terms of processing power.

Cons:
1. CI320 can only hold 1 x 2.5" SATA drive. ID18 can hold mSATA and 2.5". But this is purely because of the form factor.

Note: The ID18 has the same CPU as the MSI newly launched mini PC.

Anyways, here's how I look at the performance of the CPU.

1. Both 1037U and N2930 are similar in terms of performance
2. N2930 is newer and comes with 2 additional cores
3. N2930 uses half of the power that 1037U uses but have similar performance

Let's be honest, we're not gonna play BF4 on the mini PC :). Maybe we should look at what the other features that each mini PC comes with and make the decision. The information on Intel Ark is a very good source for knowing the difference between the 2 CPU.
