Help cannot connect itunes Store with PC

today suddenly i cannot connect my itune to itune store with error code 0x80010318... saying no internet connections when diagnosis but i hav no problem with my connections only itune... tried google for help but tried still cannot connect...have tried off firewall, reset computer/modem and reinstall update to latest ver of itune... hopefully any bro can assist me tyvm

can you confirm the error code?

managed to solve the problem from a utube video... in the CMD type in "netsh winsock reset" and restart com now it can link to itunes
