Hi folks,

Wondering whether any of you faced this situation whereby Safari can't stream Mediacorp's live radio.
I'm using an iMac on OSX 10.9.2 and Safari 7.0.3 and whenever i tried to listen to live radio (e.g. Gold 90.5FM), the page will load but there's no sound coming out... But i've no problems on sites like youtube.
I've tried it on Chrome browser and it streams perfectly.

Any kind folks can help to decipher the problem?

Thank you.

If it shows "Plug-in Failure", likely you had installed a previous Adobe Flash Player 13 version, which is known to cause problem on Safari in some Mac.

Either removed and install version 12 or the new version 13.0.0.201 and try again.. ;)

Adobe Community: ATTENTION MAC CUSTOMERS - Flash Player 13 "Plugin Failure" Solution

You can also check if Safari's Plug-in is enabled and "allow" for the website/application.

Hope this helps..:D

Thanks for the suggestions.

Uninstalled and installed ver12... not working...
Updated to ver13... still not working...
Under Safari's Plug-ins, the website was 'allowed'.

Wondering what's wrong...

What I did was after uninstall adobe flash player, delete Adobe folder & Macromedia folder from \Library\Application Support, reboot then install the new 13.0.0.201.

Hope this helps..;)
