[Help] Computer cannot boot up. 3 beeping sound

As per title. I used to have this prob and repair shop say is mobo prob. Mobo is asrock b75 dgs.

Reseat your RAMs, use clean eraser to clean RAM gold contacts. If that does not help, try to boot with 1 RAM stick instead and see which RAM slot is faulty.
