Help! Desktop shuts down after "Starting Windows" screen

Hey! How do I check if my power supply is faulty? Is it the plug/wire or the power box within the cpu itself?

well u can try the paper clip method (but some devices work some dun so also not sure how to test )

Alright so I brought it to Sim Lim to get it checked (and got a new desktop) in the process, somehow after removing and putting back all the components, suddenly it works haha. Using my new one now, old one maybe gonna sell or something. Thanks for all the suggestions and help guys!
