I do not overclock, I do not change any settings. I
However when I am gaming, playing DotA 2. There are a few symptoms. But no Blue Screen of Death.

1. PC freezes, auto restart.

2. PC freezes, I lose signal on monitor, all audio got cut off too. PC didn't not restart.

Took out the PC parts. Reseat all of them.

Mobo is Asrock H81m-hds r2.0

Now can't even bootup. Beep x1 and keep repeat.
GPU fan spinning, CPU fan spin and stop.
Chassis fan spinning.
Took out gpu, still same problem, using integrated gpu.

Listen to the number & type of beep for confirmation on problem.

> Desktop BIOS Beep Codes:
> What BIOS Self-Test beeps mean

Remove the components parts including the RAM, and re-seat properly & firmly.

As for gold contact.. do use eraser to polish the contact and clear the bits (away from the motherboard) and put back firmly & evenly.

Can't find my mobo on the websites.
It is one short beep, powerup then died down.
Then powerup and died down.
Then repeat forever

Ah. I think the Channel 2 Ram of the mobo is faulty. If I use only channel 1, there is no problem whether i use Ram A or Ram B.

Mobo RMA..... How to check RMA expiry date without invoice?

Edited : Nvm. More than 3 years sure no warranty already.

See if there is any sticker on the board with a string of number divided like a box. See if there is any marker stroke on the sticker. As those marking indicated when the distro got the board.

Else check with distro base on the s/n of the board date with the sticker on box of the motherboard.
