HELP! fixing broken thumb drive

i knock the thumb drive against the wall while it was plugged into my laptop.

now the usb part abit bend and laptop cant detect the thumbdrive anymore.


any expert can help!??!

Need to open up to see if it is the usb connector that had broke off from the circuit board.

If the damage is not extensive, can try soldering back the broken joint of the usb connector.

Or u can try bending it straight again, hopefully the broken joint can click back in place.

Just my 2 cent worth of thoughts, do it at your own risk...
