Help for New Rig

Hey guys,
I going to SLS this weekend to get parts for my new rig. Is there any recommendation to change some of my current selection to something more cost effective. My rig is mainly for playing witcher 3. Thanks Guys

MB: Asus H97M-E i5 4590
HDD: W Blue 1TB
SDD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
GPU: Palit GeForce GTX 970 JetStream 4GB DDR5 PCI-E
RAM: Kingston 8GB
Case: Corsair AireFlow 240 MATX Case (Black/White)
PSU: Seasonic S12G 550W 80+ Gold

if you mean the corsair air 240 then you have to check for gpu height. this case is notorious for rejecting alot of gpus thats too high. for reference, im using a giga windforce 980 (108mm) and i can barely close my side panel. as for length, below 300mm is fine without using 240mm rads.

Any reason why you choose palit 970? Or on tight budget?

yeah because i getting from lazada so having the discount. Is MSI armor GPU bigger than Palit Jet Stream??

have to go and find out their dimensions. this kind of thing must do own research. better to headache now rather than later.

Slightly above 300mm is also fine

Smaller. MSI armour is around 1.8-1.9 slots thick. Palit jetstream is 2-2.5 slots thick. Not sure on both lengths but iirc from both of my friends gpu, msi is shorter by a bit.
