Help improve my build

Hi all, thanks for your advice back in March, managed to successfully build my own PC. Pics here Cable management - Imgur

So my friend asked me whether its possible to build a PC for LOL, Fifa 15 and other games for near a price of a PS4. He's not a very big gamer so he doesn't need to play at max settings, would my build below be sufficient for his needs?

I3-4160 + Asrock H81m-HDS 230 (or H81m ITX 262 )
8GB RAM G skill 100
GTX 660 Synergy ZOTAC 189 (Lazada)
1TB WD caviar blue 72
