I have recently bought a monitor samsung S34E790C I didn't realise my gtx 970 can't really drive it well when watching YouTube 1080p the screen looks pixelated and when playing Dota 2 the fps cannot exceed more than 60fps any recommendations for this setup or should I upgrade the gfx to 980? Or 970 sli? Computer expert please advice

you got set your resolution to the monitor native resolution?

for dota 2, pls off your vsync, if not it will be capped at your monitor refresh rate (60hz).

edit: oh your monitor is 2k display.. watch low res video is like this one...

Since ur monitor is 1440p why didn't u stream 1440 ? for dota he is right, if u set vsync mine also 60fps max
