Have a 4-5 years cpu wanting to upgrade it to a gaming one, graphic card and power supply change around 3 years ago current spec are:

CPU+MB: Intel Core i3 560 + Intel DH55PJ
RAM: KINGSTON PC3-1600 DDR3 4GB
GPU: GeForce GTX 560 Ti
HDD: Toshiba 500GB
PSU: Andyson AG-Series 80 plus silver

was looking to change only the CPU+MB and the GPU for mayber around 1.2k

5 years better get a brand new one.
CASE: Fractal Design Core 3000 @ $99
Time to refresh your chassis as well.
