HELP: iTunes Songs Suddenly all missing!!!

Hi guys,

Need urgent advice here! Went to office today and plug my iPhone into my office iMac to play the songs and now i realized that my some of my songs and all my playlist is missing!

i did not sync anything on my iMac.

And now i plug into my main laptop at home (MBP) and so many missing songs.

There is an exclamation mark at the side.

Could someone please kindly advise what I should do???

did your iMac have those song in your iPhone while u play on iMac?
Where did u sync song from? Others pc?

Nope. My iMac doesnt have those songs.

I sync the songs from my MBP and right now when i plug into my MBP, it also shows that exclamation mark on 80% of the songs in my itunes

I believe you might have done some house keeping and delete the song. The ! meaning the sound track cannot be found. If you do have backup, restore the whole of your itune folder.
Otherwise, just get the song again.
