just buy something like this?

http://www.myinnergie.com/us/product/4

comes with warranty, universal plugs and etc.

depending on what features you want (with usb or not) - the basic one is about $30-$40+

on top of that it is pretty light.

The NP305 Samsung tip head is rare in the market. Do confirm that the universal adaptor have the correct head before purchasing. :)

Thanks guys unfortunately i do not know how to check my wattage for this laptop. I googled and getting mixed results ie 60W and 90W, any idea on this? (my existing faulty adapter did not indicate the watt to complicate matters) Model is NP305U1A - Samsung

The innergie product recommended by a bro earlier sells for 49 for 65W at challenger, PCdreams any chance u're selling this model's adapter? TQ

Wattage=voltage x ampere
Yours is 19v x 3.16=60W

60W / 65W doesn't matter. FYI. It will work.
