[help] Laptop dying

Got a 7 year old Toshiba satellite which hangs and give a distorted image. Ran memtest no errors, swapped a new hdd and did a recovery but always get this image a minute after loading windows. Can anybody advise?

Your build in graphics or descrete graphics is dying already.

Time to buy a new one. No point repairing. Costly. 7 years also can retire for good.
