You might want to specify what you will be using the computer for. For gaming, the type of games you normally play. Whether the budget is for PC alone or includes monitor, keyboard, mouse and OS.

What about better components? I think I can get a better computer

CSGO, Dota and LOL are low demanding games. Spending $2k for games like these is a total waste of money.

It is like paying $3000 to master degree holder and ask them to do an easy office work. You are not giving them chance to unleash their full potential.

yes you can definitely get better since you got the budget

but since you play CS:GO and DoTA you won't really need a really powerful rig unless you are looking at getting an Occulus Rift or looking at playing AAA titles

But i kinda want a computer that can hit like 300fps and goes well with my monitor

Thing is, 300fps wont matter for gaming if your monitor dosen't support it. Your monitor is only 144hz, meaning it'll only support 144 frames per second MAX. You wont see any difference between 144 fps and 300 fps with your monitor as it cannot refresh that quickly(no monitor can right now) that gtx 950 is all you need since you're not playing anything gpu/cpu demanding.

I don't think your eye can see 300fps :s22:
your monitor cannot churn out 300fps either

Anyway not sure if this benchmark is completely accurate, but a GTX950 can push DoTA 2 at max settings easily
