My budget... About 1.3k.. I'll be using it for BF4, Dota 2, and just some casual games.. I'd prefer to use Nvidia cards instead of ATI. I'll be needing OS too. No need monitor and other peripherals.

Yeap can get them to assemble and you just monitor what they do.
