Hi, I broke my GPU(PowerColor 7850) fan! I broke 1 blade.
Is there any ways I can get it repaired?

And I wonder how do you guys clean/maintain your PC.
Mine get dusty very fast.

How did you do that?
Monitor the card temps; if they aren't adversely affected when you're gaming, then it should be alright to leave the card be.

Dust buildup is inevitable unless your room is permanently sealed up and air-conditioned. Just clean off the dust once a month and don't worry about it.
