help! My keyboard has a problem

Hi, I have been using a Armageddon AK-770i and recently, it has some issues.

When I press the " key, the @ sign appears instead. When I press the @ key, the " sign appears instead. I tried to update the driver of the AK-770i but it failed.

I changed to a new AK-550I keyboard and the problem still persists even on the new keyboard. Anyone can help?
