Do you have networking skill and Cisco certificate ?
Also, is your current company have network engineer post than you can request transfer to?

No nothing. Just basic end user troubleshooting. They willing to teach from scratch. But wondering if after a year . if take ccna..and one year exp. Can ask for what kind of pay outside?

with CCNA and 1 year exp. probably about 2.7-3.5k
