help needed for 1st gaming rig

Hi guys, this is my first time assembling my own gaming rig. I am looking to build a gaming rig that will allow me to play league of legends and dota 2 at high settings.

Can the pros here help me out by recommending me a list of the items I should get and at what price? Thanks sooo much

Budget around 1.5k sgd, no need monitor/keyboard/mouse. Need an OS though

$1.5k gaming desktop is considered overkill for LOL and Dota2. If you wanna save money, $1k gaming desktop with OS is just nice to run both game at highest setting.

Yea I don't mind making a rig at 1k if I can run LoL and dota2 at high settings. So you have any recommendations?
