help needed for gaming rig

need advice from you guys here, i'm absolutely new and have no knowledge of buying from sls and assembling a pc on my own..

let's say if i have a budget of $1400k to $1600k, what's the best i can get? i'm looking more towards nice graphics for games, maybe to play on high settings in the game

If you ask me this question, the obvious answer would be try to DIY.

Few reasons,

One could easily understand your own PC better.

Learn more about some troubleshooting guides, may be useful in future.

You will love your rig more.


Apart from that please go thru some Assembly guides from Youtube. There are tons of videos out there. Can try LinusTechTips. He explains in details.

Go ahead and try it out. Once you assemble, tell us how does it feels like when you first turn on the com.
