Help needed for TRA booking

Hi all,

I have booked and paid for my TRA tickets from Hualien to Taipei. But I read that I need to fill up a form or something before collecting ticket at the departing station.

I cant seem to find any form that I have to fill up after making the payment.

Only found the final page to be printed after payment.

Is there such a form required to be filled up? Where is it on the side?

Or can yall advise what to do after payment via card?

It's on the page after making payment. Like a link saying print booking form or something. Saw my hubby doing it the other day.

i don't recall need to fill up the form, unless it's new. just note the booking reference and self collect from the machines. at least in my case. quite straightforward.
