[Help Needed] GPU Clock stuck at 300MHz

Sapphire R9 280x Toxic

Overdrive does not work. Going default also clocks at 300MHz.

Any experts here know what could be wrong?

EDIT: Never mind... despite the screenshot not showing what was intended the problem was due to an under-voltage bug making the card go bonkers.

It is idling lah bro.

Gpu wont show you 1000mhz if it is idling.

Just load a game and see whether got gpu load or not.
