Hi guys,

I just bought brand new parts to diy myself. However when I power up, only the psu fan and cpu fan is moving. GPU and casing fan not moving. Anybody know what is the problem ?

HX600 works this way. No comments for cable management, but the basic power cables are all correctly connected.

1) Check the casing fan connection. Plugged in correctly? Make sure 3 pin fan plugged in correctly since plug on mobo is 4-pin

2) Make sure the 2 PCIE 6-pin cables are plugged in fully. It looks like one of them is loose. Then make sure GPU is fully seated into the slot.

Ya cable is so messy as I fix up the parts again to test.

I have check my system fans and are plug in correct. As for the GPU, I remove to test but the same problem still persist.
One more thing, previously I management to get it run to bios, without plugging pcie cable from psu to GPU..so is it neccessary?

Or had I shorted the mobo or psu?

Woah shorted mobo. I pray for you. But i guess the psu detects a short and might protect it by not powering on.
