Help needed on building PC for animator

I want to build my own desktop for animating purpose. I will use following softwares such as adobe collection, 3dmax, maya, maxon c4d , zbrush.

I have limited budget as I am a starter. I have around 2000 for PC alone.

What kind of specs would you recommend me? Thanks
